• Shipping charges for all orders are INR 100/- within India. In case of orders above INR 5,000/- Shipping is FREE within India.
• For all International orders(outside India), shipping will be charged as per applicable rates.
• For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order
• You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
• It usually takes 7-10 days for domestic orders  and 10-15 days for international orders to reach you.
• We will facilitate a reverse pick-up of the merchandise for return/exchange within 48-72 hours from the time the customer informs us of the return through an email or call, provided the store accepts return.
• If there is no one at the mailing address to receive order, we will attempt delivery for 2 days and if the parcel comes back returned to us, you will have to borne the re-shipping charges.

 Cancellation Policy:

• Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel.
  We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order. 
• Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
• We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
• If your order is cancelled after you have been charged the said amount will be refunded back.
• The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by the company.
